Community Impact

The Center for Child Protection was co-founded in 1989 by her grandmother, Maxine Roberts, Abby has made it her mission to stay as involved as possible and makes giving back her priority in all she does. The Center for Child Protection’s mission is to reduce trauma for children during the investigation and prosecution of crimes against children in Travis County. Abby is actively involved in multiple ways including serving on the board of directors, serving on executive committee, as a Guardian Angel member, Friends of Christopher Guild member, and through various committees and events, including Ladies Play Bingo Luncheon that raises over $1M per year.
